Accounts created with fraudulent details, or showing suspicious or abusive activity, may be suspended or closed at any time without prior notice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using RASHUPOS you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Free trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the system, limited to 500 products. After the trial you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Trial features and limits may change at any time.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including a valid mobile number, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Outlet approval
Newly registered outlets remain pending until reviewed and approved by our team. We may approve, decline or request further verification for any registration at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content.
6. Fraud & suspicious activity
We actively monitor for fraud and abuse. We may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account or outlet — without prior notice — where we detect or reasonably suspect fraudulent registration, multiple accounts created to abuse the free trial, chargeback abuse, impersonation, or any other suspicious or abusive activity. Closed accounts may forfeit access to their data.
7. Data & privacy
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process your data to provide and improve the service, and take reasonable measures to protect it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any customer information you upload.
8. Payments & subscription
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or the fraud/suspicious-activity reasons described above.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
